Hand painted WWI American Helmet and Gas Mask Pouch with gas mask and accessories, identifed to Sgt. Francis Conefrey, Co. H 106th Infantry (part of the 27th Infantry Division). Helmet is painted with 27th Infantry Division insignia on front andunderside of rim has Conefrey's name painted.
